Geoscribe never receives your Facebook or LinkedIn password. Provider-issued access credentials are encrypted while stored. Deleting a Geoscribe connection does not automatically delete posts already published on Facebook or LinkedIn; an authorized Page administrator can remove those posts on the provider.
If you can access Geoscribe, open the connected Facebook or LinkedIn destination and select Stop posting. This prevents new social deliveries while your deletion request is processed.
In Facebook or LinkedIn account settings, remove Geoscribe from your connected business integrations or permitted services. This immediately prevents the stored credential from being used at the provider.
Email privacy@geoscribe.ai from the address associated with the connection. Include the business name, connected Facebook Page or LinkedIn Company Page name, and the words “social data deletion request.” Do not send passwords or access tokens.
After we verify that you are authorized to make the request, we remove the stored social credentials, Page or organization identifiers, connection settings, and other personal integration data that is not required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or audit purposes. We respond within 30 days.
We may ask for limited information to verify that you are authorized to remove the connection.
See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Provider access can also be revoked directly in Meta or LinkedIn settings
